Role Overview
We're seeking a creative Web Designer to craft visually compelling websites primarily in Figma. You'll design user-friendly websites with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, storytelling, and simple yet effective user experiences. The role offers flexible project-based opportunities, with an option for full-time engagement. Full-time availability and readiness to collaborate closely with clients are essential.

Key responsibilities include:
- Design visually engaging and creative website UIs from initial concepts to finalized designs.
- Create clear site maps and intuitive wireframes.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams, effectively translating their vision into compelling design solutions.
- Ideate interactions & animations and communicate your ideas clearly, whether through text descriptions, basic prototypes, or visual references.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and implement these insights creatively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent taste in visual design, typography, layout, and color.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, design systems, wireframing).
- Ability to produce creative, aesthetically pleasing, and intuitive web designs.
- Openness to using and exploring AI tools (familiarity is a plus but not required).
- Comfortably collaborating directly with clients to understand and fulfill their goals.
- Understanding of simple yet effective website UX principles.
- Good written English skills (a plus).
